This is to inform all concerned that in order to facilitate all our students with increased contact hours of teaching, we have decided to make minor modification in our Cycle Test format, within the framework of existing academic system. The details have been put up in all the Notice boards of our campus. This modified system will come into effect from the forthcoming Academic semester (SP-13), to be commenced from 5th Feb 2013.
All the students are instructed to go through the details and make necessary adjustments accordingly.

NOTICE: NC (NON COLLEGIATE EXAM) REGISTRATION
This is to inform all students who have completed their normal semester course works but having backlogs (with no unregistered subjects) that they can register their backlog subjects as NC (Non Collegiate). Further, they have to pay examination fees as per standard practice. Last date of registration is 10th December’ 2012.

Dear all students studying in final year at BITIC RAK,
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will be visiting BIT Mesra Campus to conduct the campus recruitment process and for which the online test will be conducted on 7th September. The process may continue till 10th September.
Please note that the students should not have more than 2 years of break in academics. For example if there is a gap of 3 year's between 12th and BE, it will make a student ineligible. If the break is between 12th and Graduation and also between graduation and post graduation, it will be added up to see if it is more than 2 years.
The tentative Eligibility would be CGPA more than or equals to 6.00 in the current perusing degree and 60% or above in 10th, 12th and Graduation (wherever applicable). All the students with less than 3 backlogs and satisfying the eligibility criteria, from BE, ME, MTech, MCA disciplines may participate in the process.
Please follow the link below to register in order to generate a CT Ref No. https://nextstep.tcs.com/ -> Campus Applicants (2012 and above) -> New Candidate (Campus Applicants) -> Select Your Institute (BIT, Mesra) ->Select Your Qualification Category -> Post filling the Registration Form the system will automatically generate a CT Ref No and password in their registered mail id.
Candidates with valid CT Ref No can only access the Open SeeSame (TCSOnline Assessment Model Question Paper).

NOTICE: Commencement of Summer Exam (SS-12)
This is to inform all the U.G. students who are going to write their Summer examinations that the tentative commencement of their cycle tests is Saturday, 4th August 2012. The schedules for the same are likely to be finalized on 30th July 2012 and will be available on our college website www.biticrak.ae as well as on Institute’s notice boards.
Kindly note that there will be two cycle tests (CT-I and CT-II) followed by End Semester Summer Exam. Both cycle tests for a particular subject will be conducted on the same day. Syllabus for the cycle tests (CT-I and CT-II) will remain the same as it had been covered in the respective previous semesters.
The End Semester examinations may positively be commencing after Eid vacation and schedules for which will be displayed on or before 15th August 2012. Please contact HOD/In-charge, Management Dept. for the dates of internal examinations (Quizzes) for MBA and EMBA students.
